Basewell is winding down

After three years building next-generation intelligence tools, we have an important announcement: Basewell is officially winding down.

What This Means for Basewell Customers

Data Export: Starting immediately, if you’re an owner of your Basewell workspace, you can export your content, user lists, guide completion history, tags, and other user activity data from your workspace settings page.

Billing cycles: All future billing cycles have been paused for all customers.

For our enterprise customers: Basewell services will remain available through the duration of your customer agreement period and no renewals will be offered.

For our monthly customers: Basewell services will remain available until February 28, 2026. We will send a notification on February 24, 2026 to ensure you don’t miss an opportunity to export your data.

Support: Our team remains available if you have any questions or need assistance during this transition.
